We provide Will and Power of Attorney drafting services as well as assisting Estate Trustees or Executors in obtaining a Certificate of Appointment (probate) from the Court and we can also assist you in administering your Oshawa, Whitby or Bowmanville area Estate.
Prices
Our services are competitively priced. For example, the cost of a simple Will and a Power of Attorney for Property and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care for an individual at our Oshawa law offices is $680.00 plus HST, and for a couple, $880.00 plus HST. Costs can differ if you require trust provisions or complex provisions beyond those normally contained in a simple Will.
